Along with the gains, I really want to see a vid how the new sound itll make. If its like the ghost cam from trifecta on aggressive, id be extremely happy. louder and more brutal the better haha

This is how easy it can be to fudge dyno#'s......so we always do 3 pulls and look for the average, and try to duplicate every aspect (ambient air temp, coolant temp, drivetrain warmed up, etc.) to try and get an accurate comparison.

Next step is installing the cams, then back to the dyno, then the heads/cam combo. Lots of work but very anxious to see the results and Vince will be tuning for each.

Thanks Tracy!! To answer the question of bolt ons - almost everything for the LLT except an Intake manifold and a plenum spacer. And to support the no two dynos are the same: my first runs in Austin in March was at 76* - two runs which made ~254rwhp according to the in-ground Dynojet. So - you could conclude: a) ARH headers, ARK exhaust, 3/8" Black Iceolator, Tune, Ported TB had no increase in rwhp or rwtq. OR b) the dynos produce different numbers because they are different, differences in air temp, humidity, blah, blah, blah.

I'm going with option b. Since this is a baseline the number is irrelevant - the key is the difference between the before and after numbers. As an example, the graph could have showed 50 rwhp, Tracy installs the cams and tune and the car make 110 rwhp - bottom line is he cam and tune got you 60 rwhp. That's the number we want to see.

Should I post a pic of them?

I think you should take a pic just to be sure that they're the right cams

Don't think the V8 cam from a Commodore would work? I'm sure we can cut the excess off and get it to fit......

Hey bud,

Actually Jay made that result on pump gas using full bolt ons with his ported intake manifold. Otherwise we have several other examples well into the 270s and one other 280 without the E85 tune.
