I had a nice day but I am seriously a red neck now...........I mean moreso than usual. Sunburned on my chest & neck. It was a very nice car show with probably 250 cars. There were 6 5th Gens from our club & we all got top 50 awards. Here is a pic & a link to the rest.

My meeting today was great!! It was our annual pharmacy manager meeting for region one (the company I work for is nation wide, divided into 7 regions). We talked a lot about the growth of the company, and how each pharmacy is doing individually. At the end of the meeting, the management bonuses were announced, and the criteria that needed to be met to earn the bonus - we were told the list would be announced Monday.... Then we went for dinner, followed by drinks. Well, after getting the CEO, COO, and my regional manager liquored up a little (upper management is a group of serious party animals!!) - they spilled the beans.... I do qualify for the bonus - I think the exact phrase my CEO used was "You're a rock star" . And the bonus is a CRUISE TO COZUMEL!!!!!! About 50 people total will be going, and spouses are invited as well. I am sooooooo excited!!!!!

69supersport396 sound slike you had a nice refreshing day. Friends of ours originally from PA made the move from Gilbert up to Flagstaff.Couldn't take the summers in the Valley. They haven't mentioned how much they like the winter up there.
Yesterday was opening day of Oktoberfest here at the local Brewery.They tapped their first Keg of Oktoberfest and it is a big winner this year. Felt great today. Although it wasn't part of the diet plan just couldn't pass up the Sauerbraten It was yummy.. Headed to a Cruise in a few then off for football. Enjoy the weekend.

This is what I got to run yesterday. (Actually shut down about 1:00 AM this morning.) Quite a monster!!

Is it bad that I spend my days off, working????? I really enjoy running a combine, and he lets me in it, any time I'm free.

Not much better equipment available either. I can actually control the grain cart tractor from the combine cab, speeding up, or slowing down, to fill the carts. Eliminates the "human error." But it's not always trouble-free either!!
Upgrades & fine-tuning almost every day.

It has been a busy week end. Went up "North" to support Shawn and Jen at their painter's open house. Some very interesting rides...Got a ride in Princess, Shawn's '79 Z-28. Wahoooooo!
After the show, went to a local distillery that brews grappa and vodka. I know right, interesting mix. We got to see the stills, and the grappa still is called Maggie Did some sampling of grappa, for anyone who doesn't know, it's the Italian's version of moonshine. Very interesting stuff! Of course, non of us took pics! After grappa, dinner!
Today was spent shopping. Costco, Winco and Walmart. Another Synergy owner found some Synergy Hot wheels, so we had to stop and look. Couldn't find any But came across something that fit into the collection...(The orange ones are the first ones I have ever found. Now the orange ones are Princess all growd up! LOL)

Great day at the car show The BowtieClub was out with their oldschool Blown ProStreetCars. When they make an appearance they make an appearance.
