Is it possible to make the high-beams responds faster (Rs headlight ) cause when I try to flash twice it only flashes once . in the place I live every flash means something so I'm having a hardtime in our streets

Thanks but I was looking for a mod that makes the lever more sensitive

Be careful!. Rapid flashing can actually or eventually cause an issue with the electric motor that controls the flap inside the housing that allows more light to pass. It can cease and stay open/closed then you will need to take the housing apart to replace the motor or replace the headlight entirely.
