Thanks Impala! I stopped by the shop today and Mike may be back next Thurs 6/15 so there is good possibility he will get it retuned by Friday before I leave for Mississippi.

It appears the next track rental will be on Aug 26th which is a Sat. I might be able to make that one to give this thing a shakedown and see what it will do. When I was sitting at 620 RWHP (same Dyno) I was running in the 11.7 - 11.8 range. When I bumped up to 795 RWHP I ran 10.54. Not sure what I would run with 900 RWHP because from here on down I know the .10's gains come hard. Hopefully I can get to the low 10's

You guys did such a good job of guessing the RWHP on the F-1X maybe everyone should chirp in on what they think the extra 100 HP will do to my 10.54 ET.

BTW I will have a set of FIC 1000cc (95#) injectors for sale when the ID 1700's go on next week. These suckers were installed this past December and don't even have 1000 miles on them yet !!

Anybody interested??

People should bypass the 850cc injectors and just go the 1000cc ones from day 1 if they want to make up to 850rwhp. I just made 817rwhp and my injDC was 64% with 1000cc inj/ ZL-1 pump/ ADM FPCM.

That is alot of Horsepower but i would argue if you are not max spooling with a wastegate it should be easier to get traction off the line than with the maggie!

All that said, if you can cut sub 1.4x 60 ft... I am guessing... 9.89
1.5x 60ft - 10.1

Very cool man!

Dang you guys are making me feel good about my chances of moving up the M6 list

Honestly, after making some serious suspension mods, leaving the line has not been a problem.

I guess the ProCharger comes on with power similar to a turbo car since it spools up with engine RPM. I have never been in a turbo car so I don't know what that feels like. G-Force is expecting a significant change to my trap speed so I guess we will see how it goes if my engine will hold together

power comes on like an na car... nice and linear.... properly sized twins will make much more torque down low compared to a centrifugal blower, especially of that size

Yeah Turbo car is way different then procharger. procharger is liner, you know what to expect and really the only wear i saw on my car was broken motor mounts. Turbo u just have tighten up your butt cheeks once that boost hits lol

I've had both on the same car. The centrifugal power comes on very linear. It will feel as if you have a much larger cube engine because the boost is solely dependent on RPM.

Turbos are more exponential and transition from low boost to max boost is in a short RPM range. Hence why they are said to have more torque/power under the curve.

I don't think you can make a wrong decision between the two. I think you will enjoy the linear power curve since you mostly do 1/4 mi.

If you want to experience TT for comparison I could take you for a spin.
