For those who are interested, it just works like plastidip. Clean them very well with dish soap to remove any wax and stuff, dry and bounce the car make sure there is no more water left. Then its up to you whether you want to unmount the tires, if you are not, then just put a plastic bag inside to cover the brakes parts.
No need to wet sand, just spray but light coat. Rather do multiple light coats, then one heavy coat, easy to control and avoid paint runs. More coats means better protection, long lasting, and easier to peel when you want to. Tips: after spraying, give it some times to completely dry like about 30 mins, and spray some LIQUID SPRAY WAX, it will make the texture less plastic feeling and sleek!! |
