Let me sum it up, you don't get into law enforcement to get rich Even in the Big Big citys leo's make less than your average collage dropout professional geek like myself. Imo they should get more for what they do But that's the way it is.

I find that if you do your best to follow the road rules you don't get stopped. If you are driving and have a nervous feeling inside then it's probably because you know you are driving fast or driving when you shouldn't be, etc. It's funner to cruise through town slowly anyway imho.

you can make 6 figures VERY easy as a metro cop here in vegas.

if you do get pulled over accept that you earned your ticket nine times out of ten and be polite and respectful to the leo, that has gotten me out of More tickets than you would believe.

yea but I can't imagine the crap you would have to deal with for that much $$$ but vegas has the income coming in to pay correctly.

For me it would be a high school reunion off the side of HWY 29 if I got pulled over much around here. I went to school and even graduated with most of the LEOs here. Class of '92. Yes, it won't help to be a poor sport if you get caught doing something wrong.
