It was at a chevy dealership in Mexico from what I understand. There is a company that started making these along with the other transformers but they charge like $3000 which is absurd! I'm sure it can be made but with a lot of patience and trial and error! If power wheels started making a camaro then it would be easier just to take it apart and make it into a costume!
