Bilsteins out of stock

Since the Bilsteins are apparently still out of stock, are the 1LE struts/shocks the next best and cost efficient shocks-only alternative?

You cant get Koni Yellow or Bilstein for the Camaro, probably not for a very long time, if ever.

Man, I’ve spent all day reading threads on what I should do. There were a few sellers of the Bilstein B6 on eBay but I’m wondering if they’re legit or simply listing stuff that’s on back order like everyone else.

I’ll probably go with the 1LE setup which I can get for less than $350. The Koni Orange are available too for around $450 but are they worth the extra $100 over the 1LE parts?

Thanks for the links but I’m really hoping for first hand experience with the various options, specifically 1LE parts versus Koni orange or Pedder since they’re actually available.

I was stuck in this spot recently... I was almost talked into coilovers, but ultimately just went with replacement OEM shocks/struts for cost effectiveness. I'm using the extra budget to install a MGW shifter instead!

The best first hand experience is doing your research, making an educated choice and installing it. Everyone else's experience is simply an opinion.

The Bilstein struts and shocks were the best quality struts and shocks we ever installed on our 2010 Camaro SS and were well worth it and then some. If you guys search there are reputable vendors that have the Bilstein struts and shocks in stock and sell them. Also I don’t know why you people don’t purchase your Bilstein struts and shocks for your Camaro direct from Bilstein?? Bilstein said there struts and shocks are in stock and are really to ship.
