Happy Sunday All!

Good luck to everyone's favorite teams today!

Stay Safe Sheriff, hope the weather is improving in your neighborhood.

Rick, yesterday was the first time I used my seatwarmers too. Aren't they great?

Skip, love the retro-script.

Jeanette, Your car looks great. I know about the frustrations with mods - I was supposed to get my headers and catch can installed last Saturday; turns out the guy didn't have the right tools for the headers install(?) and the Catch Can is the model to accomodate a super charger... so I either exchange the catch can o-r... get a supercharger to fit the catch can hmmmm .. maybe not just yet.

So, no mods installed last weekend. I just want to get this in before the Laughlin - Havasu run at the end of January.

Yesterday the local guys made a cruise up to the Valley of Fire and then returned to town for lunch at Famous Dave's BBQ. I heard differing counts but there were 19 or so 5th Gens, 1 Vette and 4 or 5 LSX guys that participated. Spent the remainder of the afternoon having a "Spa Day"

Yesterday, I ordered a Go-Pro Camera (made easier with a $100 discount coupon that I picked up at the SEMA Show); It should arrive it time for the December 8th Cruise event being organized by Sin City Camaro Club to the Hoover Dam. See the link below for details.

This is a fee event that will include a tour of the dam in addition to the crossing and parking.

Vince, Jay and Rick, being sort-of in the neighborhood, I thought this might be of interest to you guys. I've heard rumblings that the SCCC may try to make this an annual event.

It looks like fun - I'll be there

Good morning gang! Welcome aboard Leslie5089. This is a great place to hang out with a great group of friends & Camaro enthusiasts. It is still warm but very windy with a front moving in to make for a rainy & cold Monday. I still have a ton of pics & video to download from yesterday's great event. My painfully slow laptop makes this part no fun. I need to start doing research to get me a new laptop & a smart phone for Christmas so I can move out of the dark ages. Have a great Sunday everyone! Happy Veteran's Day to all who have served our great nation. The USA is great because our veterans & active military are/were brave, dedicated and strong.

I was holding back from saying anthing initially, until I saw your other thread soliciting honest feedback. I am not a fan. I do like the concept though, just think that the font is to "round-y" and upright.

In your other thread you mentioned possibe alternative of going with the retro emblem. To match you car and this specific idea you presented, have you thought of going with the font, style, and size of the old school emblem, but instead of chrome emblem ... paint it on to match your color scheme?

Just a quick update.... the bed of my pickup is full to the top with snow. That's 2 feet and counting. And it's still snowing.

Saves having to load up the back with weight for traction! And the best part is that when the roads start clearing and it warms up, ya don't have to unload the truck ... it will unload itself!

We are probably a few weeks away from that type of snow here. We get lake effect snow so its really unpredictable it can snow a few inches or fall by the foot just depends which way the wind blows. The record for a 24 hr period here is 37.9 inches. Stay safe in the snow but I am sure you are used to it and know how to drive in it. I know I am.

By the way today was a beautiful day here sunny and close to 70. I took advantage of the nice day to hang most of my christmas lights its so much better than doing it when its in the 30's. I will do the rest when I get back from Florida and I will not turn them on until Thanksgiving is over.

Welcome GnyaTek. I would have said something earlier, but I am new too and did not want to welcome a regular to this thread. That would be embarrassing.

Yes, seat warmers are the best! I believe I have something planned December 8th. Since I'm not at home, I'll have to ask Mrs. 69supersport to look for me.

Somehow, I lucked out and got this as my pool vehicle for the week. It's a 2013 Cadillac XTS. This thing is REAL nice. Would like it more if the top went down.

Driving it is REAL "busy". Between the audible alerts when another object gets "close" to it, the red light that flashes up on the corner of the windshield, and the little "alert vibration' felt in the seat, sometimes my attention is drawn away from what is in front of me. Gotta get used to it I think.

The drive home after the game was just long enough to dry out completely Great game, Seahawks have another win (currently undefeated at home, hope to keep that up!), and I have lost my voice again... LOL!

We just love our lake effect snow here. I think there is now about 31" of it on my lawn. Yup, I know how to drive in it. I just wish a few others would learn.......
