We are building a home in Sarasota Fl so hopefully this will be my last year putting up with the N.E. winters.
I don't feel old driving my SS, I feel 18 again- well almost.
Welcome myold88 - we need to get you a nickname - and fast! How about 18Again

Welcome to you both. My thought is if you have thought to ask if you are old enough for this thread, you probably are. Anyway, we all feel young in these cars. Welcome to the home of the fountain of youth discoverers. This is a great place to hang out with great comrads. I had a very intense day and a dreary drive home in the rain but am really glad the week is over. Let the party begin!

Edit: looks like the multi quote thingy has some glitches in it tonight.
I like those warm looking pics.

I'm 45... so yes, you're old enough... it's not really about age anyway, we're all young because of our cars

Glad you came by! This is where the real fun is. Not to mention we all are old enough to know how to be nice to each other! All these old farts are my best friends

It's nice to see the seasoned C5 members showing up in here! What took ya so long???
I think you'll like it here. It's where all the nice people are

Haven't seen Jimbo in a while, but isn't he 70-ish??? (he acts 22, so it's hard to remember!)

Another crazy hectic day, but at least I was mentally prepared for it, so I didn't yell at my staff today
Fell asleep on the couch within 10 minutes of coming home... power nap done, it's movie night now! I'm going to watch War Horse.

These are just "buttes" immediately around here. Camelback Mountains are in Phoenix, about 20 miles east. You can see them from my house though. South Mountain is VERY visible from my house as are the White Tanks.

If you are in Phoenix, Camelback Mountain is to the north. South Mountain (part of the Superstitions) is to the south of Sky Harbor.

More trivia......if you watch the upcoming SpeedTV coverage of the Barrett-Jackson Auction, the McDowell Mountains are what you see in the background.
