All I can say is, if someone would waste their money on these, then they should waste the most money they can. Highest price wins.

Wasn't talking about you, just following up on the sarcasm about still wanting to buy some. I feel for you, PQ and all the others that got taken. I looked at the same wheels and decided they would have to weigh 7-8 lbs each to justify the cost. However, if I was going for just looks I would have fallen for it, too. YOU shouldn't feel embarrassed, though -- Savini should!

No doubt. Just be glad you aren't in my family. RUTHLESS.

I'll ask for a beer, Bonnies dad will say "In the cooler by the back door, leave 4 thousand dollars on the counter."

But I want to buy these from this guy. Just gotta sell mine first.

Easily the worst purchase of my life as far as regret and shitty product.
Sry to hear that. Funny thing is the night after i ordered my rims (Four Months ago) I came across you and Darth Emma's thread. Lets just say i didnt sleep well that night!!! I emailed Nick at BMR at 3am to call me first thing. Granted the thread was almost two years old you think they got thier shit right. Nick told me they changed thier prep methods and turned to powdercoating rather then paint. Also my rim "build" was covered on C5 from start to finish. I was really surprised to see this thread and my heart sank again. I hope the issues get corrected. Seems as though this site has pull. By the way Nick was great.... will buy from him again!

Heres the thing for this looking at Savini's. I see a couple have chimed in and say that their wheels have seen no issues at all. Well that is certainly great and what I EXPECTED when I purchased mine, BUT UNFORTUNATELY that was not the case as was Emma's, Dangeruss's, PQ's, Mine etc.....But what has been done??????

Emma had to have hers sent back to be refinished on her own dime gets them back and see they fixed a chip with a MAGIC MARKER, Randy had to send his back on his own dime because of the vibration ( still not right ) now the paint is literally falling off, Dangeruss had to have his sent back because the paint was coming off, got so frustrated with Savini that he ended up just doing it himself, mine have been back and are back for the seconf time for vibration issues.

TOO MUCH DRAMA FOR A SET OF WHEELS, WOULDN'T YOU SAY?

I'm serious. I sent them back to be refinished and when I got them back, there was a chip in one of the front wheels which someone had tried to hide with a black magic marker.
LOL! Black Sharpies FTMFW!

So if you put...

Savini = Crap
Savini = Garbage
Savini = Anal-rape

...all in the body of a thread will this come up in a Google search to help others who may be considering their wheels to have second thoughts?

So I did some leg work for you guys, I know you didn't ask but I can't stand hearing about how Savini treats people. This is a link to the Savani profile on the Los Angeles Better Business Bureu webpage --> HERE . The way the BBB works is that they are basically an all powerful super hero. Companies are scared of the BBB because they have power over the companies image pretty much. Like when I was doing my lemon law case with Chevrolet, I worked for 6 months getting no where. Put a complaint into the BBB and in a month I got further than I had in the past 6.

Moving on. What you guys (generally speaking Em, not leaving you out), is you each want to file a separate complaint. It's really easy and takes all of 5-10 minutes. This is the link to file a complaint --> HERE. By filing a complaint you force Savini into doing something. Be it, they are not a BBB acredited business so they can just say screw this and do nothing. But each unresolved complaint lowers their BBB score, so if 5 people file complaints and they blow 5 people off....that's 5 letter grades they drop. Em you're the professor want to tell us if they're still passing?

I'm not saying that this will resolve the problems you have with the wheels but you *may* be able to recoup some of your losses. For example, Randy, you may be able to get back some of what you lost in shipping the wheels back and forth, etc.

I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but I do know how to work the system and get a company's attention. If you guys have any questions or what not about the BBB process feel free to shoot me a pm. Not trying to thread jack Jkel, just figured I could possibly help you guys out.
