Welcome. I am not too far from you. I tried most dealers on the island and each had issues. One dealer in Riverhead had a 5K markup over MSRP for the past year!! And no test drives unless you sign a contract with deposit!!

I had a great experience at Buzz Chew in Southampton. It maybe out of the way but they treat you like a person not like a mark to be taken. Ask for Bob Reilly tell him Fred sent you. He gave a price that was invoice over a year ago when everyone else on the island were playing games and marking up prices.

I almost bought from him but was given a price through BJ's buying club from New Rochelle Chevrolet. What a mistake they tried to charge me an extra 700 dollars when my factory ordered car arrived three months later.

I had a signed receipt and they still tried to pull a fast one. Complained to BJ's, NY State, and Better Business Bureau. BJ's forced them to finally give me my car for the deal as signed after a week of aggravation.

Should have bought from Buzz Chew. I plan to have my car serviced there and will buy from them in the future. Good Luck in your search for a decent dealer.

I have heard good things about Al at Paul Conte. I misread your post I thought you were looking in Suffolk. Looks like you have two good choices one from Suffolk and the other from Nassau.

Just joined NY5THGEN.com alot of great info and they are very active with meets/shows locally. Check them out.

al dobbs in paul conte is the way to go thats where i got mine, they have a few on hand and there customer service is outstanding

I did very well at Paul Conti on my 2SS in Black. He currently has four black in stock two stick two auto. He was quick & fair. I have thew car one month so far. The dealer pre was also a 10. Ask for George or Al.
