Reviews on harbor freight polisher and chemical guys compounds??

Hey guys Has anyone used a polisher from harbor freight? I have swirl marks around my whole car from when I bought it 6 months ago. Been dying to remove them but don't have the money to throw on a porter cable. If anyone has any suggestions on a polisher to use please let me know! Also was looking at the chemical guys polishing compounds if anyone has used them and recommends to buy them

Don't have any experience with the HF polisher, but my PC polisher and CG compounds have done a great job on my car.

I used a CG pad when I did a review http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=353901 , a good choice for the money.
