MAF PLUG:
#1 wire is "Low Reference"
#2 wire is "Ground"
#3 wire is "Intake Air Temp Sensor Signal"
#4 wire is "Ignition Voltage"
#5 wire is "MAF Sensor Signal"

I will wire in a relay to switch between the Airbox IAT, and the MAF IAT. You will need a Double pole, double throw (DPDT) relay.
Cut the two wires, 1 & 3, from the MAF harness, a good 4-5 inches before the harness, as far away from the MAF harness as possible.

Then wire in a relay, then a switch inside the car. This is for, in winter, you will want to use the MAF's IAT sensor. In the summer, or warmer weather, switch to the AirBox mounted IAT.
