Yes they are. However my tuner advised these are a tune only intake. I did know that until I got a custom dyno tune and he stated my air to fuel ratio was completely off.

You shouldn't need a tune with a Volant intake. We sell them pretty cheap but we'd recommend a few others over them just based of quality and fitment. We push Roto-Fab, CAI and a few others more and always have a CAmaro5 discount for anyone on the board.

Well I have the Volant and I don't have any complaints at all. I love mine...maybe it's just me though...

A quick search of this forum will bring up several threads on the Volant. It's had it's issues and no one seems to know if they've been fixed.

Put one on a month ago. Looks great and made the engine come alive! No codes either.

Do you have a way to check your LTFT's? The earlier models increased them quite a bit and in some cases threw codes. Some didn't but was confirmed that most people that checked had higher LTFT's.

I don't have any way to measure LTFT. Would you mind explaining what higher Long Term Fuel Trims indicate? Were they being leaned out too much?

There's a lot to fuel trims. Maybe this will help make some sense of it.
