V6 Manual Transmission OEM shifter bushings
Hey guys! So long story short I bought my 2011 off of an older gentleman with 35k who babied the absolute hell out of it, and when I got my hands on it (at the time was 18) I drove it like I stole it because I mean come on who wouldn't when they are 18. But to keep it short, 4 years and 40,000 miles later the combination of really learning to drive stick on it and driving it pretty hard, Im paying for it. When it comes to the shifter, let me tell you, she's sloppier than a girl named Sandy at your local bar on a Thursday night after Margarita Madness and I need some help sourcing some OEM shifter bushings because I haven't had much luck. Any suggestions before I just contact the dealer to order some new ones?

Hurst offers an "extreme duty" set of bushings for their shifter, but as I recall it used the stock pin so their bushing should fit on your stock shifter.
Anyone feel free to correct me on this... it's been awhile since I worked on one of these, but it could firm up your shifts over a stock set. http://www.hurst-shifters.com/produc...e-parts&pgno=2 |
