My AAC Plasma P13W LED DRL Bulbs with Harness Installed - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Here is my 2010 Black 2SS/RS Camaro with the AAC Plasma P13W LED DRL Bulbs and "Fieldgoal" plug and play harness installed. The install took about 30 minutes with the help of a couple of friends who actually knew what they were doing, lol!

I want to thank Jonathan at AAC for the help in selecting the proper bulbs for my car and Jeffrey fieldgoal00@cox.net for the harness.

Pic 1 is half and half (AAC LED Bulb on the passenger side, stock bulb on the driver side). Pic 2 is the DRLs with the halos and headlights. I am very happy with the color match of the AAC bulbs with the factory headlights/halos. And yes, the passenger side was lifted on a jack to make the install a little easier.

Just ordered my p13w from AAC. Cant wait to get them. I'll be installing my harness from adaptive perf. this weekend. I'll be ready for these plasmas.

Lights look great- I also gotta point out that wonderfully landscaped tree off to the left of your ride... what a superb job! And I'll bet those busy little ninja's workin on your ride didn;'t even need to jack, nor remove the bolts from the driver side... just a hunch... lol!

I've been reading that Adaptive is terrible with customer service. How was your experience with them?

Ooooh, dont get me started on them. I filed a dispute and 2 weeks later i get an update from paypal where Patrick sent a tracking # and i received it the next day. This was last week. I eill be installing saturday. I think if u order from them and file a dispute u will definitely get ur item.

Actually, not too much difference since the HID headlights are so much brighter than the DRLs. I've read other posts that say the DRLs are too bright and oncoming cars flash their high beams, but I haven't had any such problems. The only regret I have is waiting so long to do it!
