I've heard that a lot sadly. Used to be a really nice track in the 1990s....used to hold a NHRA Division 3 race every year. Used to be easy points and could drive home each night and sleep in your own bed instead of sleeping in the race car trailer.

The sales manager told me it was sold when I was there this evening. Did you notice the silver motorcycle in front of the main entrance? If so, you were there while i was there looking at a 13 Malibu Eco.

How much HP and what are you expecting for a 1/4 mile on the track

505hp. Will go 11's at over 120mph as it sits stock. This car will get beat on hard. Will have full bolt-ons done in relative short order as well. The only thing better would be if it were mine! One more year of school...

I actually am still in school at PSU -- just doing it online rather than back home

Anyway, I think I need to skip the track this week. My shifter is starting to stick in 2nd gear after hard shift, so I am going to try to bleed the hydraulics to see if that helps (pedal sticks to the floor; need to drill the restriction out the line as well). If not, time for a rebuild as this usually means a bent slider. Broken parts = upgrade!

Just fix it enough so that it works and then upgarde to the stingray next year or the year after or the year after that.
