Welcome to the forum!!
You'll find a lot of help here and a great bunch of friends in the process.
I'm thinking your injectors might be a little small if you're gonna run E85. The stock Z fuel pump probably wont be enough for the E85 either, you can expect 30% more fuel used so those mods would be needed. I would think 1300cc injectors and a Aux fuel kit like DSX. 1000cc injectors with a 2.55" upper is plenty on the stock Z fuel pump with 92 octane. Nice thing is you can turn off the flex fuel in the ecu until your ready. get HP Tuners if you dont already have it and start to learn it. Even if you don't tune it yourself, it'll be a great tool to see what your engine is doing. The learning curve is steep, but not bad if you're patient.

I run 1050x injectors with a 70% Duty Cycle on full E85

Long Tubes, Cammed, and 23% Crank Pulley, DSX Aux Fuel Kit/Flex Fuel

Stock pump Without booster will not support anything over 5% pulley, i was at 110% duty cycle with boost pump and 10% Pulley

Wow didnt expect 70%DC on 1050's . I stand corrected, thank you!
1050's backed up with reliable fuel pressure and flow....sounds great.

Would the 1000cc injectors be enough if I don’t run full e85?
I’m planning on buying the DSX auxiliary fuel pump, do I need to buy anything else?

Also once the e85 flex fuel kit Is installed, the 1000cc would not be enough even with the dsx auxiliary pump ?

Crash76 said his worked with 1050's and ran at 70% duty cycle which is about max as you would want to run and still have good atomization.

Sorry I wasn’t sure what duty cycle meant, Are you saying that he was just getting by with the larger 1050cc injectors?

Im not sure how much total OD you are doing with your pulley setup... but as I stated I am at 23% with ID1050x and DSX flexfuel kit/aux pump ... anything over 23% is in danger of over spinning the blower if I remember right (Depending on your redline)

I put in a wideband o2 sensor, i have my own HPTuners and I was able to log some street driving send the log to Dave at DSX and he would make changes and I would reprogram my own pcm. He also modified the FPCM

I do not know who makes the 1000cc injectors you have but the ID1050s are easy to tune for ...

yes my 1050s are fine your 1000s will be fine ... My 850s Prior to the 1050s were not

If you want to run E85 Safely you need e85 compatible injectors around 1000cc , the FPCM reprogrammed, either the aux fuel system or a full fore system or something of that nature...

I have had my DSX kit in for 3 years... no issues... i run 1 tank of regular fuel for every 2-3 tanks of E85

Yes they are E85 compatible, I bought a package with the DSX fuel sensor included and I’m buying an auxiliary fuel pump too. I’m just wondering how much WHP they can handle?

What’s your duty cycle if you don’t mind me asking?
