Soon to be New 2015 2SS 1LE Owner/Question about front spoiler

All,
I am located in Texas and have been searching for a 1le for a few weeks.
I found a 2015 Red Hot with VERY low miles (2900) but car doesnt appear to have the front lower chin spoiler that I see on most.

Car fax is clean and no visible bode damage.
All other 1le equipment is there.
Do I need to be concerned?

Is the chin spoiler an option or part of RS package, which this car doesnt have?
Thanks.
John

It's part of the 1LE package.. Go to the ZL1/1le registery to see what all is in the package. And all the specs. Pictured is my front end 2015 2SS/RS 1LE AGM.

Does the vehicle have the suede steering wheel, shift knob, and shift boot?

The splitter is riveted onto the bumper, there would be holes in the bottom of the bumper if it was removed. It is possible that car was in a front end accident and they replaced the bumper, but not the splitter due to availability of the kit.

Someone may have just put a new bumper on it if they did not like the splitter.

I would check the vin to verify the 1LE option, and then check the carfax to verify that the car has a clean title. It is definitely odd.

found the posting of the car from looking up the dealer. i do see it has the swede shift knob / wheel but also curious (as others have mentioned) why it's missing the OEM front lip. that is quite pricy to replace, i'd ask the dealer why that factory bumper is missing factory parts (MSRP $700) - https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/oem-pa...oiler-22997432

car listing if anyone else is interested.

The front lip spoiler (splitter) was a dealer installed item that came inside the car from the factory just like the oil separator that was in a box in the trunk.
Perhaps the dealer didn't install it or the customer asked to leave it off ??

Thanks guys. I am trying to reach the previous owner to understand this. It looks more and more like the front bumper has been replaced, because I do not see any holes in the bottom of the front clip. My "smells fishy" detector is going off. Plus, buying this car sight unseen is scary. But dang...2884 miles...............Car fax is clean, but random check of their other used cars, shows no damage either. Wondering if North Dakota doesnt report?

SSMY1LE didnt scroll down to see your post. So it is possible the guy/original dealership never installed the splitter? How do I confirm the oil separator was installed?

Is there pictures of the engine ? If so its pretty obvious, big black canister in the passenger side valve cover at the front.
