275/45/20 tires

Hey everyone I have (4) 275/45/20 tires. I would like to know if you can run this size on a 2010 camaro with no issues on the stock wheels. Thanks for your help.

yes you can use them.....but it will make your speedo off a little......by running 275/45's when your speedo is reading 60 mph....you will actually be running 62.3 mph.

The only issue I see you will run into is on the front rims. I don't think 275's will fit on the front rims.

275/45/20 for the strip

What are the advantages and disadvantages of the 275/45/20 compared to the 275/40/20 in drag racing bone stock car M6

Yes you can, but it will pull the sidewalls in a lot. I've seen it done over here, but it is not optimal for the tread contact on the road. A 10 inch wide wheel is better.

That's what I've read everywhere. I've read it would just be better to do what you've suggested, or run the appropriate size tire for that wheel; which, I've read is 285 to 295 depending on the tires.

I am running 285/35/20 on the fronts on a 10.5 inch wide. 335's out back on a 11.5 wide.
