I still recommend pulling the MAF and cleaning it. I do it each oil change.

If it was me and they changed 1 spark plug and 1 coil pack, i'd swap all the plugs to the same set. Does the coil pack they swapped out look just like the stock ones? In newer LS stuff OEM packs are the best really.

If the car is idling funny you might have a air leak behind the MAF, look around the tubing or if you hear weird suction noises around the intake manifold. 2010 is a long time ago lol.

Would check and tend to think it's an electrical issue. Since it checks out mechanically. Inspect the wiring and connections from the ecm to the injector and coil. Could run temp wiring. Check for rodent damage as well. How are the fuel trims? Bank 1 compared to bank 2.

You can have good compression and still have something bad in the valvetrain.
Just had a 2014 Ram 5.7L hemi with a misfire code. Good compression.
Pulled valve cover and had a bad camshaft.
Pull the valve cover and check

Misfires on cylinder 1

Misfires on cylinder 1

Hello,

The problem began 6 months ago when I noticed a slightly rough idle at stop lights. Took the car to the same dealer I've used since 2003, with the same Master Technician that I've used for many, many years (he has been great). He said to start by using different gas which I have done. No improvement. Then about 3 months ago, a service stabilitrack message came on (which it has in the past as well, and seems to happen when sort of aggressive acceleration i.e. 3,000 rpm) but also the check engine light came on this time. Back to the dealer. Codes P0300 and P0301 stored. Master tech said he changed the spark plug and wire with a different cylinder, and that plug and wire to the number 1 cylinder. Still misfiring. Said it could be a lifter or about a $6,000 repair. At that, I began to consider a new Camaro. Of course, there is a shortage of cars right. now. I am the original owner of the 2010 Camaro, 2SS, RS, 6-speed.
So next was a visit to a shop that specializes in LS 3 engines. They could not find the problem after having the car for a day and a half. Not a lifter (took apart oil filter, no metal at all), compression test was fine, swapped out coil pack, injector flow test fine.
I began using Sta Bil about 6 weeks ago, and may have helped a little. Thinking about trying Sea Foam.
Now here is an additional strange thing, the check engine came on 11-25-21, and went off by itself 11-28-21. I have never seen that one before, and I was ASE certified in a few areas in the ‘90’s.
Also worried that it may not pass smog in March.
Could it still be an injector? Should I be looking to replace the fuel filter and/or fuel pump?
Any and all suggestions and/or advise is greatly appreciated! Thank you very much!

P.S. Most suggestions from a few months ago have been tried.
