Steering wheel shakes at highway speeds

My 2012 SS manual has a steering wheel shake at about 55-75 mph, At first I thought it was just a bad tire so I got a new wheels and tires the shake was still there although it got less violent, the tire tech did say it took more weights to balance the driver side front wheel than the passenger side one, leading me to believe it could be a bent wheel, but what do you guys think?

1st step i would do is road force to help you identify which wheel is causing the issue.

Had this problem in my GTO was just the front sway bar bushings where so far gone. Might take a look at those.
