Wish I would've been so lucky. About to wrap up the turbo install, my 3 year old comes in on her tricycle....crack. Dent on the drivers door. That was this weekend. A little frustrated, but she said, "sorry I hurt yo car daddy."

Ugh!!

Right after I bought my 2013 car a few years ago, one of my granddaughters always want to help me wash it. She wanted to hold the long-handled brush so I said sure. She went to work on the passenger side while I was rinsing something off on the other side.

As I worked my way around with the hose, I was horrified to see her using the backside of the brush against the car. I said, "Stop! What are you doing??" She said whe was scraping the dirt off.

Sigh...

It was plastic, and the reality was that I was able to buff out most of the lines she put on the surface but good grief!

PDR is your friend! I discovered a small dent right along a seam on the passenger side. I called a local company and they came to where I worked and took care of it forthwith. See the before and after pics. The cost was $160 which I thought was very reasonable, considering he had to take out the inner fender to get to the back side.

Paintless Dent Removal. It is quite effective and relatively inexpensive.

I've had door dings on my '13 repaired literally perfectly. A good PDR guy can work wonders.

Yessir. It's called a clean side separator. There's a hose that runs from the back of the engine and connects to the old air intake tube. With this, you block off the fitting at the back of the engine and replace the oil cap with the new separator, which has a little bit of stainless steel filter material in it. Then you run a new hose from there to the intake tube. It just holds the heavy oil vapor in the filter, passes the cleaner air to the tube, then drips whatever oil it catches back into the engine.
