The pic was taken at a Car Show in May 2010. Lightning won "Best New Cruiser" award. At least that's what the plaque says on it.

Had a cool music teacher in school. Singing was mandatory for us young kids Got my first taste of CCR and Iron Butterfly. When looking back she was a really cool teacher!

Frid Pic Don't let the smile fool you. Had a few butterflies. My buddy tore his calf muscle while we were Salmon Fishing in AK Keeps his plane there during the summer. Had to fly it out of the back country back to Anchorage with him in pain and two of our Flt Attendants in the back. Hadn't flown a taildragger in 15 yrs. He ended up in the hospital.

It's going ok in cactus land. Work contract ends in a month and I'll be back on the job hunt again. With any luck, there will be another paycheck when I need it. Weather has been nice, and haven't missed the snow and cold back north. Hasn't been hot here yet, but I'm sure it will be soon!
