Used Z/28 in Chicago

Looks like it’s been tracked, otherwise why would it have the add ons it does? And the price seems a tad high for the mileage in my opinion. Looks clean though!

I agree, in this instance it looks like film though. Normally when I see the spray its more matte finish. I could be wrong, and either way I agree. Its the same reason put tire letters on, half ass bolt on fender flares, 'stance' their cars..list goes on. Different strokes for different folks..I find most of it hideous though.

true, but tint / spray also is illegal because it lowers amount of light coming through. i hate being behind people who do this to their tail lights, makes it a hazard when you can barely see their lights, especially in bad weather.

the price is about 4-5K higher than what it should be. they mention mods, but the dealer didn't seem to know what work was done or who did it.

Absolutely stay away from that dealer. I am from that area (just moved to Nashville last month) they are very shady at best. Do a search. I looked at a Camaro 1le and that Z28 two months ago. Beautiful cars but again that dealer has been in court more than most judges!!

The salesman told me it had a cam..etc. they have a lot of modded cars that they can't speak intelligently on!!!

I don't trust google reviews as they can be boosted with pos reviews very easily. I do however tend to trust websites designed to spill the truth because if that was all bogus they would be sued quickly.

I too used to live in the Chicago area (Naperville)...I know some wholesalers can be shady. The one in Carol Stream was difficult to work with...

As far as them speaking intelligently...I was worried about what had been done to the engine. You do a cam wrong and it's a bomb on wheels. this guy didn't seem to know anything.
