For the low miles in your car it may truly be a torque converter issue, but again let it break in and then get the flush to dump all that "loose" material from break in.
Running over the rumble strips is exactaly how I described it to the service tech. Also I get a vibration while going up hill and I add a small amount of throttle. It also happens when the cruise control speeds up a bit.

Why wait? I've got just under 500 miles on the ODO. It's done it from the 2nd day I owned it.

UPDATE: 800 miles on the ODO. Last Friday, after a full day of the dealer "searching" for the problem they finally did the flush like the TSB calls for. I took the car for a ride on the same route as when I first noticed the problem. So far, all is good. Hopefully it stays that way.

Took it to the dealership today first they drove it alone and didnt notice anything. Then I went with them and drove it did it a little, but they are blaming my tires. Well I am getting new ones put on today, so what will be their excuse then.

Also I notice it most between 65 and 70, but the road they had me take had a 60 limit so that's why it only did it a little. But of course on the drive home I take the interstate limit of 70 and it does it almost the whole drive home.

What happens when you drop down a gear or two while going 70? Does it stop immediately? If so, when you do have them ride with you again make sure you show them that. The tech should be monitoring the slip values when you do and it will be obvious there is too much slip from what I understand about the TSB.

He watched the RPM's bounce around and the car refuse to go into V4 mode, guess they blamed the tires for that as well.

I found that the car had to be completely warmed up to show the symptoms. I took a tech out on the freeway and could not get the car to do it, drove maybe 4 miles and nothing. Turned around and got back on the freeway and after about a mile, I could demonstrate the problem at will, both on the freeway and also off the freeway (going about 40 mph).

Make sure the car is warmed up.

I hope you have a dashcam. I had my dealer do the same except they put on about 80-100 miles instead (Can't remember the mileage). I didn't have a dashcam but all I can tell you is that I went down to an almost empty gas tank and the fuel economy completely plummeted. Thankfully they recognized the issue was there but that's after what someone can only assume was a few spirited runs. I know in my experience the issue doesn't come up during spirited driving, so if they were doing so, it would never happen.

Well left my car at a second dealership tonight, they are supposed to look into this issue and the NPP rattle tomorrow. Left a copy of the two TSB's as well. Not holding my breath though.

Well they supposedly experienced both issues and performed both the TSB's. Going to pick it up in a bit, we will see. I know the TC issue says that you are supposed to wait 200 miles if the issue is still there, hoping for the best.

Didn't notice the shudder on the drive home, but still had the issue of it not wanting to go into V4 mode and the RPM's bouncing around. Guess I have 200 miles to see if its really better.
