10.2@135 yesterday

Weather wasnt the best was real humid and around 75°. Iats were still getting up to 160° by the end of the run and pulling timing down to 10°. I didnt think this was possible with the newly installed large agp intercooler and spraying meth so i looked at the tune. I found out the "tuner" who originally did the tune years ago had the iat sensor calibrated wrong. Was also running a bit rich. I had hptuners with me but didnt really have as much time as i would of liked to make changes and test. I think once i get the tune nailed down and better weather i can get into the 9's. If not i have a vortech ysi-b in the garage that should get the job done.

Best mph of the day was 137. Spun a little hitting 2nd gear peddled it and went 10.4 that pass.

Nice pass! I believe you can dip into the 9’s with your current setup.

Very nice! You can definitely get that car into the 9’s if you can get that 60ft down some. Out of curiosity, what is your hp level if you don’t mind me asking?

It really needs a higher stall than 3600. Made about 15 passes since the 4L80 swap. 1.6 60' every single time. Cant do any lower gears than a 3.73 with the zl1 diff. Not sure on power last time i had it on a dyno it had a m6 and made 650rwhp @13psi. Ive pulled the restrictor plate out, added a larger intercooler, larger meth nozzle and retuned it myself. Makes around 15psi now my guess is around 800-850 at the motor.

Nice pass. I ran a 1.41 60 ft and 6.44 today in 1/8. I need to get to a 1/4 track while the air is still good. Too bad NHRA was in town this weekend.

Pulley it out more for more midrange power. Most guys over run them 10%.

Nice numbers so far, thanks for sharing. Get that 60' down a little more and you should be seeing high 9s.

Just finished up putting the ysi-b on last night. Going to take it for a spin tonight and do some tuning.

Just did a th400 swap on a Paxton 1500 car. 4000 stall was nice!
Get the 60ft into the 1.3 range. Thats where it needs to be.

Yea it definitely would go faster at the track with a higher stall converter. Maybe one day ill pull it out and send it in for a restall. It doesn't get traction on an unprepped street now higher stall is just going to make that worse. For now im just going to throw some more boost at it and see what happens.

1st time with the ysi. It actually makes like a lb less boost but it went faster. They booted me for no cage. Ordering a 3.15 pulley tonight. Still seeing around 150°iats at the end of the run? Thats barely turning the ysi, the large agp intercooler and spraying meth. Is that normal?
