Are you saying this rim will fit over the roller-skate pads on the bremo calipers? If this setup higher than what the deck will allow? I've seen some spares that raise 2inches above and some 1/2 inch.

It fits without a pad, but the roller-skate doesn't fit in - or I haven't tried it. After all, I don't use roller-skate, so I don't have to solve this problem

Got it... Those still with the roller-skate pads (like me) have clearance issues with most spare tires which is why spacers are needed. The reason those the rollerskates on the pads is to help reduce/eliminate brake squeal.

I know what roller-skates are for.
But it seemed useless to me.
Brake squeal is caused by the sharp edges of the brake pads. Just grind the edge slightly and the squeal will stop.

Every time I install new brake pads, I adjust it like this and I've never heard any unwanted sound during its life.
