I have a 2010 camaro ss 6 speed manual and I recently purchased a Huron single turbo kit. My car is otherwise stock. The questions I have are:

What fuel system components do I need? I have been suggested 60lb injectors and a ZL1 fuel pump. Will that work? is there anything else I will need?

What kind of numbers would I be looking at?

I don't want to exceed 625WHP to stay safe for a DD.

First thing you will need to decide is wether you want to run a dead head fuel system or return to tank, also we will need to know your planned boost level as well. Im a firm believer of a return to tank system boost sensitive and my choice of brand will always be fore innovations, injector size will also depend on the fuel supply system that you decide on but feel free to give me a call on 440 358 5500 and i can talk in depth with you on this and answer any of your questions

I tried calling. FYI it will be a weird phone number to you as I'm in Canada. Basically I want to run whatever psi I can safely run without exceeding around 600whp. And I want a fuel system to handle whatever psi that may be. I was thinking around 6-8psi? feel free to suggest a healthy psi level and a fuel system to support it. Thanks

Is there any safe way to have a 5pt roll bar that meets minimum NHRA requirements and allow for the rear seats to be safe for passengers while driving on the street (if say there was an accident)?

Honestly when it comes to rollcages you need to contact your nhra tech inspector and ask what they will allow in this case sir, i would hate to give incorrect advise as nhra and ihra change there rules on a regular basis sir

Bigger blower

So I start off with a V3si vortech and all is fine. The sidewinder rocks. I put on bigger heads, valves and springs. Get my car tuned and now my redline is at 7000. Problem is that the V3 can only go 64000. Then it over revs and goes boom.
So I have to get another pump, bigger set up. Thank goodness all vortech brackets work on all their pumps.
Anyone run into this problem? What else will I need? (forged bottom end)

Let me know your thoughts.

First main question is what boost level you are running and also wether you are running a water meth system and what octane fuel your running, a built bottom end is always a good and very smart move as at the end of the day the motor is basically the pump to all the mods that you have done and it becomes the weakest link in your combination.

Boost is at 8.1 and I'm tuned for 91 octane. No water meth system.
