Had to order a new wheel...
Had a little mishap with a curb, so I ordered a new wheel through the GMC dealership that the company I work for owns...
GM wants a $50 core charge when ordering this, which I thought was odd. But the REALLY strange thing is, they wanted PHOTOS of the damage before they would ship it!!! Anyone every heard of this? |

Yes, happened to me. Be happy it's only a $50 charge now. When I did mine it was $500.

IF you claim that your wheels were stolen, THEN GM demands to see a copy of the police report before processing the order. It seems virtually impossible to buy ZL1 10 spoke or 5 spoke wheels from the factory suppliers due to wheels on constraint. |
