Will 1" Drop Springs adversely affect the handeling of the 2014 2SS/RS 1LE?
Will it affect thet Warranty?

Lowering springs will improve handling. The ride will be slightly more firm but not hard or harsh in any way. They will not have any significant impact on the warranty.

We just finished a '14 1LE, it was a full build, over 700 ponies, we used the Hotchkis 1" springs, Adj sway bars and Chassis brace. Handling greatly improved, great overall ride quality, awesome stance.

A good set of 1" lowering will definitely help to improve the handling of your vehicle by lowering the center of gravity. Doing this will substantially improve the stability and body roll of the vehicle so it would be something we would highly recommend if you are looking to improve the handling. Every dealership is a little different but I would have to say that most probably wouldn't be too concerned about the lowering springs unless you were bringing the vehicle in for a issue directly caused by the lowering springs.

If you haven't decided on what brand springs you are wanting to use we have our BMR 1" lowering springs (SP019) that would work perfectly for you. Our BMR lowering springs come with a lifetime warranty against spring sag so you are covered if anything were to come up.
