I say go for it. I have matte black on my yellow camaro. I went with MnP spears and reverse hockey stripes (Think the spears were only like $30?). I needed to break up some of the yellow. I ended up taking the hockey stipes off but left the spears and couldnt be happier. And you cant beat $30 if they have the color your going for.
