Is a high flow cat inviting problems?

I have an extended warranty. Will a high-flow cat void the warranty? Also, I already have a CAI and performance mufflers. Will I need a tune after that sort of mod?

Yes and yes. It will affect your o2 sensors as well.

It will void your warranty. However the tune question is debatable, some say yes you need a tune and some say no.
I personally had a Roto fab CAI, 2.85 pulley , long tube headers and straight pipe, no tune and it ran great!!!
But without a tune you will get a cat inefficiency code from the 2nd O2 sensors, that won't effect performance but the light is annoying.. most people have that code tuned out.

I've had Solo HF cats for about 10 years now. The Solo's come with rear O2 extenders, that get the sensors out of the stream and won't give a CEL. I also have had a tune for the past four years, mainly for the trans.

Stainless Works Header and Cats Install do I need a tune?

I have a 2010 Camaro SS, 6.2 Auto trans and I'm adding Stainless Works headers and cats, along with cat back stainless exhaust upgrade. I have read some about needing a tune and not needing a tune..... do I need it or not?

To get the most out of those mods, yes you will need a tune, otherwise you will at some time or other get a CEL.
