Blue tooth phone call connection issue
I searched a bit and could not find an answer to this question.
I have a 2013 1SS convertible and iPhone 6. Every time I get a phone call, the screen on the infotainment system pops to the "answer call" menu. I click Answer, and it connects for a couple seconds, then switches back to the handset with the "transfer call" menu. I can then click "Transfer Call", and it goes back to the car speakers and mic. It happens every time. p.s. I already made the "call audio routing" setting on the phone to "Bluetooth Headset" as suggested, still the same behavior |

In general, there is a known iPhone problem with GM Mylink that requires an updated patch from the dealer. I don't know the specifics of it, but I've heard of various iPhone problems on the 5th gen.
