We have graphs to show nice differences. There is variance to setups, cam choice and overall supporting mods. Simple way to view: Stage 3 (S3.7 cam) is ~600whp, Stage 2 (S2.7 cam) is a ~550whp, and Stage 1 is ~500whp.

First picture attachment (SAE graph, stock baseline) is a Z/28 prioritizing the torque (T110 cam) to help it move well. Full Stage 3 mods, except the cam is not large enough to shine in the peak. The second attachment (STD graph/ header baseline) is the HPA S3.7 cam and headers, where the owner wanted peak numbers without many extra mods. With supporting mods, it would exceed 600whp.

We have the staged packages to streamline modding. Any variance in between depending how you use the Z/28 is doable.

Do not forget we supply LS7 head options, even same day installs on our HPA heads. Multiple vendor head options available with package installs.

What's the brand of parts in the stage 1 ... "lightweight exhaust valves", "16 bronze valve guides"?

They use Si lightweight valves and Si bronze guides
