I have an i-pass as well. Half price then.

Yep, cash tolls are double.
To get set up, There's a $10 refundable deposit for the transponder, and initially you put $40 on your account. You can choose automatic renewal or manual. If you travel elsewhere, the iPass is good in many more states, most of which call it "EZPass" Theoretically you could drive from Illinois all the way to the east coast using it.

I'll have to drive down to Road Ranger in South Beloit and pick one up. I'll probably set it up for manual and just add on when I know I will be going somewhere. Ya'll will have to let me know the best placement on our windshield for it.

I've got mine tucked up on the drivers side of the rear view mirror. It can go on the blackout area, it will work fine there

Yup, that's where I keep mine. You can't really see it from the outside when it's there.

I'll have to charge my go pro for the trip. It would be epic to have on video the large group cruisin down the highway. Over the summer I'm going to play around with it and find the best spot to place it. I almost thought about buying a second one, but there are some mods I'm thinking about before then, like possibly tinting my windows and getting a CAI.
