How are Zaino products packaged for delivery?

To ship something with signature confirmation, it has to be entered that way in the UPS software when the item is shipped. It costs more, so most shippers don't use it as a default. But it's included in the barcode on the label, so the driver knows when he scans it. So it's not up to UPS, it's up to the shipper (Zaino) to require a signature when they ship it.

As an alternative, you could put a note on your door saying "Please leave package at back door" or something like that, so the UPS guy will see it when he delivers.

Lastly, you could call UPS on the day your package is supposed to be delivered, and they can call the driver and tell him special instructions. You'd have to do that early though, because they start deliveries pretty early in the morning.

Yup you're right, I didn't call them early enough in the morning and my Zaino was dropped off that afternoon while I was at work. Difference this time... the box was there waiting to me. It's all good, I have my Zaino!
