You can't just add up "hypothetical" HP numbers, everything has to work together well in order to maximize HP... As for cams with big HP gains, you're not gonna see those gains until peak RPMs and will sacrifice a lot of downlow driveability

And you won't get 10 hp out of a 3in catback unless for pushing some serious power with FI

Your numbers are VASTLY skewed. The big thing is you don't get a seperate tune for every part you have on the car. It doesn't work like that. The Cam alone, depending on how radical, will be good for around 40-60whp. The rest of that stuff would maybe get you to 100-120whp tops. Can you tell me where that magical catback that nets you 10whp can be found?

no not really.
45 from headers? 10-12 from exhaust? 20-23 from CAI tune or not those are big numbers for bolt ons headers, exhaust, and CAI. I wouldn't expect more than 35-40 with a tune all together. |

480 at the wheels might be possible but he'd have to be on a dynapack dyno. On a conservative dyno I got 369 hp stock in my camaro assuming the G8 is not too much less than the camaro I could see it reading that high but if you put it on a mustang dyno it will read closer to reality.

Maybe with a flux capaciter and some uranium. Did he claim to go back in time to the year 1955 and invent the Camaro too?

This guy is totally lying, I found a response to one of his youtube vids, and in it he said with his old cam he had 424, (even if thats possible), and with his new cam he was hoping to get around 440(even if possible), but I confronted him about showing proof once again, and he wont. So you tell me?
