Clutch help

My grandfather borrowed my 2013 V6 manual camaro and really burnt my clutch. He was coming out of third gear at about 10 mph and just kept holding on until it got moving faster. I went for a drive in it after and the clutch appears to be a bit floppy. Am I imagining this or is this likely clutch damage? If so, will it cool down and go back to normal? Is there something I can do to fix it?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Let it cool off an hour or two..give it enough time for the clutch and the fluid to cool off. Also you can try to change the fluid if it still feels weird in a day or two. Also don't let people drive your car..I smoked the hell outta my clutch at the track a few weeks ago...I thought it was completely cooked but after I let it cool off it seemed okay. Worst case a factory pressure plate and disc are pretty cheap if you can do the work yourself
