Which one? A,C,R,X? I wouldn't do anything but an X. I like the Ysi/Novi 2200R much better for anything 1050rwhp or less, but for 1100+ the F1X is a nice blower.

for that power range a ysi would be about the perfect blower. if you plan on adding cubic inches to the motor you will make the f1x a lot happier

I have a F1-C Procharger on a 416ci. When it was at 14lbs it was at 842rwhp 733rwtq. I just installed alky meth kit & 17lbs its 902rwhp and 819rwtq with +17* total timming. Pros are obvious it pulls extremely hard and very streetable. Cons are at the most the cost and maybe a little clearance needed for the fender.

It's been a great blower for us, but beware the bracketry from Procharger. We run a cog drive on it and at first had the worst time about the belt walking forward under high RPM due to the bracket flexing. Procharger does not have a solution to this and I'm sure others have found themselves in the same position - we fabricated our own three point bracket with a turnbuckle to locate it back to the cylinder head...no more deflection! Here's what we did, The car makes somewhere around 900-1000rwhp depending on how it's pullied, and it drives like a total baby, seriously. It whipped out a bunch of low 6's in the 1/8th and then the owner drove it to the movie theatre. |

If you have nothing right now, I would look at doing an ECS kit with Ysi if you are set on a blower. No bracket flex, easy 1000+rwhp if needed.
