LG Motorsports....Anna, TX *UPDATE*

Some of you might know that we sold our brand new building in Plano Tx late last year and have since moved to Lewisville. Why you might ask? It is going to be giving us the opportunity to create an even bigger and more awesome location to service all of our customers from. As we continue on through this progress of building and moving into the new location near the end of the year I'll give everyone updates along the way and exciting news on the location as we go too.

Our new facility will be located on 165 acres north on TX121 about 9 miles from US 75.

Updated pics taken January 24th, 2016

You can see the outline of the first building in the foreground and the second building just to the left of that. Also the drive in and part of the parking lot.

Update from 2-20-16

dirt work continues around the area for the parking lot and buildings. Fill dirt coming in for the slab foundation and we should start plumbing before the concrete by the end of the month.

Updated on March 20th.

Update 4-18-16

Weather has slowed us down a bit but they are drilling for the foundation and we should have concrete poured possibly by the end of the month if the rain holds long enough.

Main water lines, drainage, and fire hydrants are all in.

Update 5-23-16

The rain finally let up for a little bit and concrete started to be poured 3am Saturday morning!

for those of you that do not know, we will have two new buildings there. One is going to be all LG Motorsports (artist rendering) and about 10,000 sq larger than the one in Plano.

We are going to have a second building next door open for rental tenants or up for sale if someone wants the entire building (artist rendering)

Update 6-3-16

Now that it has started to dry off for a bit they should be able to setup wall forms this week.

both slabs are curing right now and with any luck, it should start to look like a structure by the 4th of July!

your not kidding. If you are on a weekend drive it is a pretty nice drive out that way. I don't know if they are going to pour the walls this weekend or not. Nice enough to do it, as long as it isn't to hot.

engine wise? Not a lot. There is a blower kit out there for those cars that we have done a couple on. Suspension of course is the same as the V8 cars and we have tons of parts for that.

What did you have in mind?

I wish my ten year jet engine experience from the USAF could land me a dream job working for a shop like yours. Awesome progress, going to have to visit and tour a little.

Walls are all poured, just waiting to cure then we can stand them up and start putting a roof on it.
