I kinda get the same thing here.....well, sort of. Every time I see a new Camaro, I put my window down and try to make eye contact with the driver...but all I have seen here is women chatting it up on their phones. Seems like to a lot of owners here it is just a car.

Lot across the street from the arena. I always park by the booth, no one can park next to me this way...

Well, then he should not have bought a car that draws the attention. I get strangers talking to me all the time. And if you read these forums, you will see most if not all the members here get the same kind of reaction to the car. People just walk up and say "WOW, awsome car". I thought his car looked awsome w/ the GFX, etc, even in the dark and I wanted to compliment him on it.

Since it seems by your post you feel like this guy last night, when I see you, I will just turn around and walk away from you and your awsome automobile, since you do not want the compliment.

Thanks. I have been excited by this car for a long time before I ever bought mine. I guess to some people the Camaro is just an ordinary car.

Not everyone is nice. Both nice people and mean people buy Camaros. Some are painfully shy too. Probably not this guy, but you can give him the benefit of the doubt.

Try and not let it bother you much, around here some Camaro owners seem to think their sh-t don't stink as well.
Good thing is there are more and more on the roads and most of us are very excited to chat with other owners and non owners. We have many more positive encounters than the once in a while "I have the only new Camaro" in the world type personality.
Kind of makes me wonder why the guy with two Lambo's at a recent show was eager to talk more about our Aqua Blue Camaro than his Black and Yellow Lambo's. Guess he was just another enthusiast like most of us who share a passion.

Well, if we win this weekend and boston win's, we have a home game for the playoffs. I always park across the street next to the booth and light poll by the road. I will be there!!! I am also going to toronto next weekend for the game. you going?
