Thumbs up UPDATE - TUNING ISSUE SOLVED

I have been trying to tune the ZL1 after rebuilding the engine. Both left and right side O2 sensors read lean, my wideband O2 sensor for tuning reads rich.
(see build:https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showt...8#post10737318 )
The only thing I can think of that would cause both left and right side banks to max out in a lean condition is a vacuum leak. I have checked everything on the supercharger and intake tubing a dozen times, unable to locate anything. I have swapped out the O2 sensors same issue after wards. Anyone ever run into this issue? Could it be from the PCV system? I am using a catch can and both the connections for it are after the MAF sensor, but I thought both of those connections would be figured into the original programming.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Have you made any adjustments yet on the maf curve? What are you using to tune with? HP?

Thank you for replying!

Yes, using hp tuners. I put the same question up on there forums to. I keep adjusting the MAF curve to the wideband readings and it seems to make it worse, with the short term fuel adjustment maxed out lean. They stay pegged at 32.8 approx 95% of the time. I can upload tune and log if you would like to look at them. It just does not seem possible since the sensors for the car and my wideband are 4" apart on the header pipe. There must something in the tune I changed that is causing the O2 sensors to read a lean condition... My wideband sensor reads approx. 20% rich, both the left and right the O2 sensors read approx. 25% lean.

I’m not a tuner nor do I have much knowledge ok the stuff so take it with a grain of salt. Did you try installing the factory tune back onto it?

Well not a bad idea, took a copy of the original tune and updated only what is needed. Will give it a try Keeping my fingers crossed!
UPDATE: I did make a new tune from scratch using the original tune, I only modified what was needed to run the car. So far so good!!

Talking Fixed the issue

Found my issue! It was in a couple of the settings in my charts in HP Tuners. I erased them all and remade them from scratch.
Info is now agreeing between wideband and O2 sensors.

Thanks to you for assisting me!!!

Glad to know it worked out. Looks like a solid build. Now it's time to get it on the road and dyno.
