I would think they checked all that already.

Just an update; I received the Caster Kit from Detroit Speed as suggested by CamaroBarb and others on the site. It fixed the problem. I had to add positive caster on the passenger side, but I'm running straight as an arrow now.
I'm thinking there is something bent a little bit. The drift to the right was minor, and I could see no wear problems or physical bends, so I'm satisfied with the solution and finally happy I can drive without thinking about the problem any more. Thanks for everyone's help, BHB |

Cool you found the sweet spot! I have no idea why there is so much mystery around doing alignments. I've never had a problem myself but having others do them look out. Years ago I had a 84 TA that pulled to right, took it to a few places with out any luck. I finally found a older mechanic in a tire place that had a reputation for getting things right. He simply slotted the holes in the upper strut tower, took all of 10 mins. Reset the caster and it was perfect. Sometimes you gotta think outside the box.
