I've signed that months ago. I don't think it's going to go anywhere. Just leave the pate off, that's what I do.

Good luck! I am in California, a 2 plate state, and they have actually pulled me over specifically for no front plates. I doubt we will ever be spared from this nuisance requirement in this state.

As a former engineer in passenger safety system design for a tier 1 automotive supplier, I'm waiting for someone in a passenger seat to get a lobotomy from this practice. Yeeaaaaaaaa, I don't care about the "law" in this instance. I've never had a front plate, and I never will. Also, I've never been pulled over, ticketed, or harassed for not having one. And even if I get a ticket, I still won't care to put a plate on.
