Launch control



Does anyone know if this works, or would a hurst roll control be better, need something to help hold her back on burn outs , lmk ??

Well the 2 step is for setting your desired rpm for the launch itself, and the line lock holds your front brakes via a solenoid and leaves the rear brakes free so that its for one, easier to spin the rear wheels and do your burnout, but also saves your rear pads and rotors from unnecessary wear. Theres no reason you can't do both, as the 2 step goes off the clutch position sensor, and the Hurst line lock goes off your master cylinder. I see more guys using the Lingenfelter 2 step though.. happy launching!

No problem. I have the Hurst line lock with a couple pictures in my build thread (link is in my sig). It works very well, very effective

I was leaning towards the hurst I think first and see how it works, I heard it’s pretty good so thx again

You can also use the line lock to hold car at the line so you can load the suspension and slip the clutch but if slipping clutch you will probably be to far out to activate the 2 step so you can also run a power or ground to activate it maybe t off line lock power with seperate toggle so you only use the 2 step at the light and not during the burn out
