Phastek Hero tail lights installed

and they're glorious! Couldn't be happier with them.

Here's a little video of them in action.. https://flic.kr/p/N27CdT

I like how these look. They look way better than the 6th gen headlight conversions.

There is no red in the clear version. It has a harness for the RS connector and an adapter for the non-RS so it will work on either, truly plug and play.

Without a red reflector, it’s pretty much illegal in every state.

Yes it has the exact same plug as my OEM LED RS tails. It came with the non-RS adapter already connected to it so I just disconnected it and tucked it behind the light.

If it’s illegal here, they don’t enforce it. I’ve blacked out the red sections on the tail lights of pretty much every vehicle I’ve ever owned (this is my 20th) , and I’ve been pulled over several times without them ever mentioning it as well.

We used to go after all the Honda’s when the clear taillights first got popular about 10 years ago. They were everywhere. The companies started putting a red reflector in the clear tail and as long as the light was red when illuminated it was fine. That’s why I’m surprised a brand new design doesn’t have it.

Very nice. Stupid question: is it necessary to remove the rear bumper to replace the tail lights?
