Installed my new strut bar yesterday
Thanks Maureen for the great service and price!!
Anyway, my friend came over yesterday and machined polished it, then painted the ends flat black. I love it, I think it looks great! |

Is it OEM from the convertible or aftermarket?

Correct, it's the OEM one that comes on the convertable.

These will not fit on 2010's unless you do some type of modification. Last edited by nyrfan; 11-07-2011 at 09:54 AM. |

I don't have the equipment to drill this out, but if this is all that is needed, I can certainly find a place to do it. |

I'm not sure how you would do this, I'm sure someone who knows can chime in.

EDIT: Never mind, found my answer in this thread, the strut towers have a different geometry in the 2011 model year and onwards. Without some sort of shim kit, the factory brace won't work with just simply drilling 6 holes on the 2010. :( http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=150811 Too bad, I like the price and look of the factory brace best out of the options.
