Oil change

I purchased my car in dec 2011. I had mobile 1 oil and filter placed in it since 500 miles where on the car. Go there today with my mobile one oil and filter like the four other times before. Today I'm told a new policy states I have to purchase the oil and filter there to keep my warranty. The new service manager had the nerve to tell me that he didnt know where my oil and filter came from even though its still sealed. He also went on to say if the car engine blew up they would be responsible since they did the work. Im like my car is under warranty so GM would pay. He says that i void my warranty when i dont use the oil from the dealership and i will have to pay for any damage to the engine. I was like your such a liar and maybe this works on others. I asked him where did he think i get this oil from the ditch, scrap it up from other cars that leaked oil. He said i dont know where you got it and that is the end of it and would not even show me the policy if one does exist. This was at Jeff Smith in Bryon Ga. 478-956-5000. I told him i was going to tell everyone i knew and he said it sounds like your taking it personal. I said I am, then he had the nerve to say go ahead its not going to change things and didnt care. His name was Ricky Barb not sure of spelling last name but he is the service manager there.

I am so upset with what went on today its unreal.

Follow up the guy that runs the dealership called me back and said he was sorry for what took place and they would take my oil and filter today. He said we would work something out so this would not happen again.

Great. Our new service manager is a complete tool as well. He has no idea wtf he's doing.
